SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
YOUR PACK SHIPMENT
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL Freight with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS express with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Shipping and delivery to the Spain (mainland) and Portugal

Nacex Service (24h)
The package is delivered to the customer’s address. If the material is available in the goods leave our warehouse the same day that payment is made if it has been done before 14:00 pm, otherwise it will leave the following day and received the subsequent business day. In case of unavailability of the genre will contact us to report the delivery date.
The delivery time from which the purchase is made until it is delivered between 24 and 48 working hours (does not have weekend or holiday)
Shipping and delivery to Canary
Delivery time (7-15 days).
In any case we can determine the amount of taxes payable by the client to receive your order as it depends on “IGIC” and “customs of the Canary Islands.” As GUIDANCE, and in no case permanently and usually charge between 12 and 16 Euros for Import Duties and Customs Administrative Roles, and the percentage corresponding to IGIC Canario. (Not responsible for any variations from customs unannounced).
Outside Spain:

– Sale to private customer in the EU countries: YES VAT is charged (21%)
– Sale to a company in the EU countries: NO VAT is charged (21%). We need your tax details including a valid European VAT number.
– Sales to other countries (outside EU): NO VAT is charged (21%).

CHANGES, RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
1. Changes
1.1. Defective merchandise
If the goods arrive defective, the customer must contact us immediately. Warranties may vary by manufacturer, for more information contact at: info@scbtravelbass.com
If the manufacturer determines that the material must be replaced, the customer must send the goods to the physical store SCb TRavelBass, C / Manuel de Falla 2 Hoyo de Manzanares, CP: 28240, Madrid. The warranty covers materials and labor, (never the shipping cost).
All defective products will be sent to the manufacturer and repaired or replaced once they are sent back to the customer.
1.2. Changes
If the change is due to an error by the customer (you make a mistake when ordering) it shall bear the shipping costs in administrative expenses.
If the error was caused by us, the customer would receive the ordered goods at no additional cost. To accept a refund both the product and packaging must be in perfect condition and with all original contents. Also included in the return a copy of the invoice.
2. Returns
Product returns will be accepted within 24 hours, counting from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer, and provided that the conditions set out on this page.
To make a return must always contact us to accept the return. Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted. All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so it does not arrive with seals or tape transport. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Transportation expenses incurred in the return shall be borne by the customer as well as all expenses arising from the purchase. The carrying amount of the first delivery will be deducted from the total refund amount.
